• Establishing and setting Digital services‘ process and insuring top quality.
• Leading all Digital Creative, Social Media, and Developers teams (13 members).
• Managing and leading the staff and working collaboratively with owners and clients.
• Brainstorming, developing and managing new and creative ideas, digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Overseeing all digital projects, including: 3D & 2D animations, Motion Graphics, development of websites, Apps and social media services …etc.
• Leading the design and copywriting teams on writing and implementing advertising copy for social media, display ads, and landing pages.
• Interviewing and recruiting Social Media, Creative, and Programming candidates.
• Providing thought leadership and perspective for adoption for emerging technologies
• Training and leading the social media team to set strategies and monthly plans.
• Leading and collaborating with the creative team for digital creative productions.
• Leading the developers' team to create Apps, websites and optimize user experience.
• Leading the account executive team to insure excellent digital services to clients.
• Meeting clients and maintaining win-win client agency relations.
• Insuring all clients are achieving their digital objectives by understanding their brands situation and providing clear strategies to how they can reach their goals.
• Leading the agency to providing professional services in:
Digital Communication planning / Social Media Marketing / Digital Campaigns across all Digital Media channels / Website and Apps development / Digital creativity and design / 3D, 2D, and Motion Graphics Videos / Digital Training and consultancy services.
